Kimchi UPdate, 25 April...Here Hare - come here you fuzzy little (*^*#

Howdy GANG!  It is your friendly yet missing in action Kimchi Hare Raiser!  Guess what…OMG we need hares.  As I wait anxiously to hear from our mighty 3M regarding the Cinco De Mayo Hash. I am caught in the conundrum of what to do about the Rest of May and ALL of June.  NOW, our adoring Juciy Pearl originally reserved the 19^th for himself, but do to other obligations needs to reschedule to Jun 2…as long as we can find a replacement HARE. 

I am TIED up until June at the earliest….sorry gang, the ropes and ball gag beckon or I would take it.  SO…I know somewhere over the rainbow there is SOMEONE wanting to HARE in the next few weeks…..PRETTY PRETTY PLEASE with Cinnamon on top?  There is a hasher out there somewhere who has yet to get laid….step right up it doesn’t hurt much and you KNOW Kimchi ALWAYS provides plenty of LUBE.

Hare: 3M (Mexican Marble Muncher)

Theme:  Century Club meets the Might Beer Mile

Directions: Exit 4. Take exit 139 to merge onto US-24 E toward Airport/Limon; Take the Union Blvd exit; Continue straight; Turn left onto S Union Blvd; Take the 2nd right onto Preuss Rd; Take the 1st left onto Boggs Pl; Take the 3rd left onto Manitoba Dr; Destination will be on the right

Bring: $5, strong stomach with at least one layer of grease (to help absorb the alcohol), and stuff for the BBQ 

following the trails. 

Notes:  The rules are simple:  for the Century Club complete 100 shots of 11or 12% beer in 100 minutes – trail is determined by our own 3M.  For the Beer Mile:  Complete one beer every quarter mile (you must finish the beer before starting on the next quarter mile) – Trail determines once again by 3M.

Notes:  This will be a Turkey/Eagle Hash.  There is a Bar Hop for the Turkey's and a Trail for the Eagles.

Directions: Exit at Garden of the Gods Rd. from I-25 (#146) and head west towards the mountains. Coach's is on the left (south) at Chestnut in the strip-mall.
Bring: $5, warm clothes, head lamp, and a desire for shiggy. Trail is 3-5 miles with multiple beer checks and is A to B. Not dog friendly.

Hares: Triple D & C3Directions: From I-25: Take exit 146 for Garden of the Gods Rd; Following onto Austin Bluffs Pkwy; Take the ramp to N Union Blvd; Turn left onto N Union Blvd; Turn right onto N Academy Blvd; Turn right onto Flintridge Dr

Bring: Fully loaded shag bag for after (including dry socks/shoes) for after trail, Hapi Coat, Warm Stuff (it is still winter people!), lanyards (we've made tags!). MUST HAVE ID ON TRAIL, headlamps/flashlights - enter without on your own risk, your shining personalities but leave the whining at home!

Attire: Hash attire, Valentines theme acceptable including a pink dress if you've got one ;)

Notes: Trail will be 5 to 6 miles A to B, so come prepared, car backs will br provided for those who need to leave right after circle (FRB's only). The Hares are providing food at Joes Bar. We'll drive all those who stay back to the start point after circle is done. Bring koozies on trail to improve discretion (if possible)! However, there will be STIFF penalites for those who forget, so help your fellow hashers out and bring extras.

Directions: I-25 to Bijou Exit.  Go West to Walnut; go Left (South).  Follow to Colorado; go Right (West) follow into Manitou (Manitou Ave).  Turn Right (North) onto Beckers and take next immediate right.   From I-25 and Cimarron: Slight right onto US-24 W/Cimarron St/Midland Expy.  Turn right onto S 31st St. Turn left onto W Colorado Ave.  Continue onto Manitou Ave.  Turn right onto Beckers Ln.  Turn right. 

Hare: Starship InHerThighs & Piggus Dickus

Bring: $5, Hash Bag, Dress for the weather, lube for the visitors; but don’t forget the virgins.  Pet friendly except for On-After.

Directions: Google Map the above address…the bar is about 6 miles east of Woodmen and Powers. Take Woodmen…after WalMart in Falcon, turn right on Meridian and Frankies is on the left side of the divided road.

There will be food, fire and of course beer at the On-In.

Directions: From I-25 take Cimarron exit (#141) and head west towards the mountains. Turn right at 21st street and then turn left at Colorado Ave. Thunder and Buttons will be on the left side of the street (south) between 24th St. and 25th St.
Notes: Trail will be A to B with plenty of shaggy. Bring cold weather gear and dry socks (just in case). Red Dress attire, while not mandatory, is strongly encouraged. There will be a prize for "best dressed."

Dinner is at 2 and will be followed ...with Karaoke (if we are so inclined) and the traditional Dollar Gift Exchange (for those who wish to participate).

Instructions: The newest member of the group will pick and unwrap a gift. The next "newest" member of the group will do the same and then, if they chose, can take the gift unwrapped by the first person. The unwrap and "stealing" exchange continues until all gifts are unwrapped and we are laughing uncontrollably on the floor...OR we run out of Egg Nog, which ever happens first.

The more the Merrier and, as Always, this is in potluck form. I am making Salmon and Brisket and suppling SOME wine/beer. If attending, please let post what you are bringing so other know.
